TEACHER GIFT – Back to School, Christmas, Birthday, or End of Year

As you know, Beckham started going to a 2 day preschool last week.  After meeting his teachers on the first day, I decided to give them a little gift to start the year off.  Why?  Several reasons…

-I used to teach and I know what all goes into taking care of OTHER people’s child (even if it’s only 2 days a week)
-They wipe my kids butt
-They genuinely seemed like he was the awesomist kid there
-I’m not gonna lie, a little extra something does make your child’s teacher have good favor towards them (it’s always good to know your appreciated by a student’s parents)
-I truly appreciate them!

Teacher Gift

I decided the night before (I’m a last minute gift giver…the best ideas come to me last minute), to give them a 5×7 frame with one of my printables in it.  This is a Christian learning center, so I chose a Christian piece.  I also wanted to give them a $5 Starbucks card to go with it!  I saw an idea on Pinterest that had a Starbucks picture with the wording “I’ll miss you a ‘latte.’”  So I adapted it to say “I like it a ‘latte’ that you’re my teacher.”  I made the design myself and taped it to the front of a small envelope (3.5×5) and personalized it to each teacher.  Total cost = $8×2 = $16 (no cost for printables since I made them).  Frames were $3 and gift card was $5 x 2 teachers = $16.
