Friday Favorites

Today I’m linking up to share some random Friday favorites.

{ONE} Yogurt Parfait

I’ve shared this before, but this is one of my favorite snacks (sometimes lunch too) right now.  It’s plain Greek yogurt (Chobani is my favorite) + Agave Nectar + Granola + Fresh Blueberries.  It’s so good, packed with protein, and sweet.

{TWO} SLEEPING IN

I have to wake Beckham up every morning.  I am NOT a morning person, so this allows me to sleep long if I need to.  If it’s a school morning, I have to get him up by 8:30 at the latest.  If it’s a regular morning, I try and get him up by 9:00.   He goes to bed between 8-9pm.  This kid makes me question my parenting every day, but if there is one thing I did alright, it’s sleep training him (just kidding, I think some kids just sleep better than others).

{THREE}: LITTLE QUIRKS

Speaking of sleeping…this one sleeps in too (about 8/8:30), but I love how I find him every morning.  With his pillow over his body.  Sorry it’s blurry, it’s dark in his room.

{FOUR}: CHIMICHANGAS

I made these amazing baked chicken chimichangas the other night and they were SO good.  I will be sure to share the recipe next week.  But basically, you fill them how you want, slap some melted butter on them, and bake them at 400 for 20 minutes.

Very random, I know.  But just a few favorites today.  This weekend, we plan on getting some baseball gear for Beckham and I couldn’t be more excited!  Have a great weekend.
