If you remember my last grocery post, I had $17 left for this week’s groceries! So I sat down Saturday night and went through my fridge, freezer, and pantry. I made a menu list based on what we had the best I could. I then went through the grocery ads, which we do every week, and looked for items I had on my grocery list
Grocery Experiment Week 3 for September
It’s week 3 of this month’s grocery experiment and we’ve almost hit our budget max…oops! This shopping experiment has taught me that I really like to buy foods that make a yummy dinner, regardless of what I already have in the pantry. I have food in the pantry and freezer that we could use and make something with, it just might not be the most delicious
Kitchen Office Decor
We wanted to turn our office into a play room, so we moved our “office” into our kitchen next to our breakfast nook area. I really like it! With that, I thought I should give you the real reason we were able to pay everything off in 33 months! If I keep giving you money saving tips and don’t give you this one, I’m not glorifying

Let me first start with a quote from my favorite financial adviser, Dave Ramsey, regarding this topic: “Thirty year mortgages are for people who enjoy slavery so much they want to extend it for fifteen more years and pay thousands of dollars more for the privilege.” Now you might guess the
