Oh my gosh…enough said! This is my new inspiration picture I’m putting up on my mirror and in my gym bag. This is what I would like my stomach to look like. This is Zuzana from www.bobyrock.tv.com I love going to the gym, but I think I’m going to start incorporating some of her routines/moves into my workout.
So last time I posted (sorry been a crazy month), I had lost 10 pounds. Well I got sick shortly after and lost another 6 pounds (not the way you’d like to lose weight). Of course, once I ate again, I gained about 3 of it back. So now in total, I have lost 13 pounds!!! And gained muscle so that weight accounts for the added muscle. I have not taken photos since, but will soon and will add them to this post. I really think a lot of this weight loss has to do with working out and taking something called Catalyst (protects muscle so your body eats at fat when you work out rather than your muscle, which is normally where it would eat at first). I have veered from extreme healthy eating, but am coming back to it. My body just doesn’t feel as good and I really think it makes me more stressed! I have noticed a big increase in my stress this last couple weeks and I think a lot of it has to do with not working out as much and eating poorly. Yay for healthy eating! The saying is true: “You are what you eat!” Now if only I can tackle going to bed before 11:30 so I can get 7+ hours of sleep like recommended.
