I’m finally done breastfeeding and can do the Advocare 24 Day Challenge that I bought a few months ago. It has a 10 day cleanse phase and I couldn’t do that while breastfeeding. I reached my pre-pregnancy weight early on after I had Beckham, but it wasn’t where I should be. I’ve been stuck at this weight for several months now. My body is pretty much the same as before, with exception to my stomach! That was my best feature, so it’s really sad that I’ll have to work super hard to get it back to where it was…if I do.
Eating healthy has always been a challenge for me, but this 24 Day challenge helps me stay committed and is laid out so I don’t have to think too hard. I did this 2 years ago and got pretty slim, so I’m looking forward to see how my body responds after a baby. I eat pretty crappy and I’d like to focus on healthy eating!
I’ll keep you updated after the 10 day cleanse and after the 14 day max phase. I’ll try to keep a chart of what I eat and if I work out, but not sure how successful I’ll be with that. Whenever someone blogs about weight loss, I like to know every detail, so I’ll try and be super detailed.
Here’s my BEFORE shot:
My 24 Day Goals:
1. Lose 8 pounds (it previously was 6 pounds until I weighed myself and realized I gained 4 in the last week and a half with all the get togethers…yep, 4!), This will put me at 130. Ideally, I’d like to be in the 120’s! Start weight: 138.2. Goal weight: 130!
2. Tone muscles while I lose – this will be tough, as getting to the gym is nearly impossible with Ryan gone so much. I’ll shoot for 2-3 times with Beckham during the day.
3. Flatten tummy! This just has to get smaller.

It’s basically lean meats, veggies, and fruits with supplements that I can’t get from food. I’m also taking the Catalyst which aids in fat loss (preserves the muscle while you lose weight since you’re body tries to eat at this first). Stay tuned and wish me luck!
