15 Weeks Pregnancy #2 Update
I can’t believe I’m going to have a baby this year! Finding out in 2013 made it seem so far away.
Any women out there who have had a VBAC find that you delivered earlier or later than due date? Would love to hear any stories of VBAC’s. That is my plan for this one.

hi olivia, just found your blog looking for advocare 24 day challenge and wanted to comment on vbac success stories. i had my son in feb 2011 – i was induced (now i believe too early-it was 2 days past my due date but there really was no need for me to be induced) and ended up having a c-section. when i got pregnant with my daughter, i knew i wanted to try for a vbac. my doctor supported me and i ended up going into labor on my due date. my daughter was born the next day with a successful vbac. the recovery was so much better than a csection (i mean recovery wasn't easy, but compared to a csection it felt better). plus, i liked being able to pick up/carry my 2 year old son and walk around a lot faster. good luck with your 2nd! being able to have a baby by vbac is so worth it!

I had a csection with my oldest son in 2008. I planned to have a VBAC with our 2nd, but had gestational diabetes and high blood pressure. With the complications I ended up having a second csection in 2012. I was REALLY surprised at how much easier my recovery was with the 2nd csection. With our oldest I went through labor, pushed for 3 hours, then had a csection-6 weeks after having my son i was still in a lot of pain. the 2nd time-recovery was a breeze. I didn't have to take pain meds and was up moving around the same day I had him. totally different experience. so while my story isn't a vbac success, IF you do end up having a csection again, know that it might be completely different.
