How far along? 29 weeks
Total weight gain/loss? 21 pounds total (3 pounds this week)
How big is baby? Size of an acorn squash. Baby is plumping up which is putting pressure on my digestive system…and pretty much every other “system” in my body.
Stretch marks? No.
Sleep? Officially not sleeping well. I’m a super hard sleeper and I wake up 1-2 times each night, which when only getting 6 hours is a lot. I’m tired all.the.time!!!
Fitness? None, but I must I must I must!
Best moment this week? Seeing little man on the sonogram.
Miss anything? Really miss having a non-swollen BODY. Even my lips are swollen.
Food cravings? Nothing in particular!
Anything making you queasy or sick? No.
Current Symptoms? Still same symptoms although I did not have as many BH contractions this week. I did start getting that dark line that goes up your stomach. It’s light and only on bottom half, but started showing up this week.
Belly button in or out? Like before, flat before noon, pokes out a little after noon.
Wedding rings on or off? Off
Mood? Up and down!
29 Week Pregnancy #2 Update–GOOD NEWS
I had my 30 week appt. yesterday (I’m in between 29 and 30 weeks). It was an AMAZING sonogram and I was able to see so much. First of all, it’s definitely a boy (last time we couldn’t look). He is measuring 31 weeks (I’m 29 weeks 3 days). He has hair, chubby cheeks, and healthy as can be! I’m so grateful for this blessing. I know fertility and pregnancy can be very difficult for many and I’m not taking this for granted. His estimated due date based on the most recent measurements is June 17 (still due though June 29). He had an empty stomach, so she had to wait until he ate to finish the sonogram to make sure he was eating properly. So I got to watch him literally “take bites” of amniotic fluid. His eyes were open at one point and I could see them moving. It was so cool. And of course, lots of punches and kicks in my stomach.
And good news, he’s HEAD DOWN! And to top it off, his head is not abnormally large like Beckham’s was. For those of you new to my blog, B was breech and had to be delivered by c-section (he came at 38 weeks). I never want to experience that again if I don’t have to. She said he was “really far down.” He still has room to turn, but since he’s that low, he shouldn’t. I’m getting excited!
This isn’t a very good belly shot, but here I am at 29 weeks.
