This was our last full week of summer…B starts his two-day week preschool next week! Mama is excited to go back to one kiddo for a few hours!
Day 232: An evening walk! Maddox hasn’t been digging these lately. And our walk ended like this…
Day 233: We stopped by a fountain and he threw some pennies inside. I told him to wish for something and he wished for “ice cream.” And about 30 minutes later, this happened…

Day 234: Girl’s Night Out. My friends, Kristen and Jennie, and I went out for sushi and drinks and had actual conversations! So much fun!
Day 235: Good morning peeps! Totally keeping this for the rehearsal dinner!
Day 236: Maddox loves church! Just hanging in the family room, trying to keep him happy! HIs hanging toy did the trick.
Day 237: A perfect morning…bacon sizzling, coffee brewing, and baby napping! With a toddler and a newborn, a hot breakfast is far and few between, so this morning was great.
Day 238: “Sometimes being a brother is better than being a superhero!” My heart is so happy these two boys will grow up best friends! I look forward to watching them grow up together!

Tired eyes, but the show must go on!
I was doing my devotional and came across this verse. It reminded me of the hundreds of Scripture I had to memorize in school (I went to a Christian school).
My brother and sister in law had their gender reveal on Saturday! There is their little girl and they’re having a….. BOY! So excited for them!
This is what Maddox thought of his vaccines! He took them like a champ, but kept frowning like he was about to cry afterwards. Broke my heart!
Maddox turned 2 months on the 25th. I’ll post his 2 month update soon!
