Day 134: Beckham passed out on the way back from the mall! I just think a sleeping baby is so cute!
Day 135: Completely spoiled myself after dropping B off at school. Pedicure, Starbucks, and a book. My feet hurt daily these days, so this was great!
Day 136: We had to wait on my car to get looked at and we walked over to McDonalds to eat and play. He’s so goofy. I sat there looking at him and pictured an old version of Ryan when we’re retired. Going to breakfast is one of my favorite things to do, so I plan on doing a lot of it when we’re old.
Day 137: Spring nights are great in Texas! We went to my parents house on Saturday and played in the sandbox, stuck our feet in the pool, and had burgers! I love going to my parents house and am blessed they are relatively close.
Day 138: These two are great! Ryan may work a lot, but when he’s on, he’s ON! He’s a great dad and wears this little man out!
Day 139: Hooray! Beckham turned 2.5 today! Thank you God for giving me this little guy!
Day 140: Beckham’s last day of his first year in Pre-school! We landed a pretty great Christian school for him to attend a couple days a week. I was actually a little sad it’s over for this year. We can’t wait to go back! Check out this comparison…
I mean wow! Has he grown or what?!
Speaking of last day of preschool, Beckham was a little stinker at his party. Granted it was seconds after his nap…if you know B, he’s not the easiest to deal with for at least 30 minutes after he wakes up. Hmmm, wonder we he got that?
They did a mock “circle time” to show us a little of what they do (songs) and this is how B stood the entire time…the.entire.time. Not one movement, not one music note. It was still cute to hear the songs and see the other boys doing the motions.
And then it was ice cream time. Amazingly, he perked up and went straight to his spot at the table.
And his wonderful teachers! I cannot say enough good things about them!
It was a great week. I feel like things are coming to an end and new things are about to happen (around this house the school year is kind of the beginning and end of big seasons with so many teachers in our family).
