Have to share this recipe from my friend Kristen Hackman! It’s so easy and cheap!
INGREDIENTS:
graham cracker crust
1 small carton of yogurt (any fruity flavor) – I used the Yoplait Light
1 carton of cool whip lite
fruit for a topping if you want.
I’ve had 2 of her pies and she used strawberry and raspberry! Both were delicious!
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the yogurt and cool whip until blended. Pour into the crust. Top with fruit. Put in the fridge to harden a bit.
