Kitchen Office Decor

We wanted to turn our office into a play room, so we moved our “office” into our kitchen next to our breakfast nook area.  I really like it!  Hope it can give you some ideas if you’re decorating your office.

This is a BEFORE picture over 5 years ago when we first moved in.  It’s the only before picture I could get that shows the wall (over on the right).

Here is the AFTER.  My camera is not working now, so this cell phone picture will have to do!

I can’t remember the exact prices, but here’s a guesstimate!
We got the desk at Office Depot – $80.
The filing cabinet is from Office Max (we had that already).
The mirrors came as a set from Target – $15
The white board is from Hobby Lobby – $5
I bought a black frame and it fit perfectly around the white board – $14
I bought the same matching frame in a bigger size to go around the gold S.  We already had the S, but they have those at Hobby Lobby also – $17
I bought the vertical 3 picture frame from Hobby Lobby – $15
The wall quote is from Hobby Lobby – $10

Total kitchen office cost, wall decor and desk included – $156
Decor only, cost – $76
